Is Internet trolling an art?

answers5: I don't think so. I think they are people who are full of
frustration and anger so they take it out on people on the internet,
feeling safe because they are anonymous. They are like those who soap
windows or TP trees on Halloween. Just a nuisance.

might cross over into being a hate crime if people kill themselves
because of being bullied as in the recent cases. funny is fine.

an artist enjoying someone else's art. If one can get pasted the
