If you don't use it that much, why pay all the extra $ for minutes you won't use?And as for perks, NOTHING is free in prepaid, I know from experience. I have TMobile and I like it pretty well, but you'll have to shop around and see what works for you.

Asley Quickle: I use trac fone. I don't usually call over 40-50 minutes a month. I just paid $135 for a 1 year plan with double minutes, and 600 minutes. So based on my usually usage that should last me about the whole year. I receive texts for free. Sending texts is 1/3 of a minute. No roaming charges. No monthly charges. If I should need more minutes I can go on line at home, or from a public library any where and get more, or stop buy dozens of places nation wide and buy a card. My current cost per minute is about 10 cents a minute. They just came out with a camera phone but I don't know how that deal works. I don't need one, so I don't worry about it. Trac phone is! evolving and changing and growing to keep up with the growing demand for the pre-paid cell phone market. Whatever is available in your area is based on your area code. Hans Sachetti: As far as I can tell, MetroPCS cheapest plan is 30$ a month, I would like cheaper is possible, they do not currently offer service in my area right now according to there website yet. Thanks though!
