Noah Deni: A really elaborate Gin! gerbread House would be cute. If you went all out, I think it'd be showing a lot of spirit, because you'd be combining traditional with creativity. I think the handbook idea is good, too, but that it would be a lot of work. You could also have a page about Frosty the Snowman, maybe a few carols, and maybe a recipe for Santa's cookies? You could also make a book of "top tens."
