Dana Russian: It's for the effects in the gui. fade in/out, slide in/out, etc Just try it with no animations vs all and you'll see the difference. Not quite su! re which ones are omitted with the "some" option. The list of animations/transitions for each subset keeps changing with each firmware.
Geraldo Mccalla: My guess is that your front page, the screen that stays on while your phone is idle is customizable. You may be able to set it up as a still photo or an animation, depending on the pictures you load up onto your android.Have fun with that thing. I hear that is one of the most powerful & adaptable gadgets out there.
